Animal Slaughter
Until 1996, it provided information on the number of slaughtered heads and the total weight of the carcasses of bovine, swine, equine, ovine, goats and buffalo herds, and of birds and rabbits, having as collection units the establishments whose primary or secondary activity was the slaughtering of animals. The survey started to be held on a quarterly basis in 1997, investigating bovine, swine and poultry species, having as collection units all the slaughter establishments which are under federal, state or municipal inspection.
The survey was started in 1975.

Milk
Until 1996, it provided information on the quantity of milk delivered to industries according to its origin, the destination according to the form of production and inventories of the last day of the previous month and of the month of reference, having as collection units the establishments responsible for milk industrialization. In 1997, the survey started to be conducted on a quarterly basis, providing information on the quantity of liquid milk as raw material delivered to industries and the quantity destined for industrialization - including pasteurization - having as collection units all the establishments which are dedicated to the activity and which are under federal, state or municipal inspection.
The survey was started in 1976.

Leather
Provides information on the quantity of rawhide acquired from tanneries according to their origin, the number of whole tanned leather pieces, by tanning method, the inventory of skin pieces in 12/31, according to processing stages, having as collection units the industrial or other establishments that have the tanning of bovine leather as one of their activities. In 1997, the survey started to be held on a quarterly basis, having as collection units the tanneries that acquired more than 5,000 rawhide pieces throughout the year.
The survey was started in 1989, with data collection starting in 1986.

Hen's Eggs
Produces indicators on the variation of the production of Hen's eggs, having as a collection unit poultry farms that have 10,000 or more heads of laying Hen's . The survey was started in 1983.
