Forestry Activities - 2010
Information is presented on the amount and value of production from the exploitation of natural resources and planted forests, by Major Region and Federation Unit. The survey comprises the gathering of rubber, wax, fibers, gum, wood and food products, among other forest products, as well as the number of felled trees, logs and native Brazilian pine knots, and the production of black wattle bark, Eucalyptus leaves, wood and resins from silviculture. The obtained results are commented, highlighting the relative contribution of these segments to the total value of forestry activities, the main forest products and the main producing centers in the country. Concepts of the investigated characteristics are also displayed.
The CD-ROM that comes enclosed with the publication contains, besides the information of the printed volume, the tabular plan of the survey by Federation Unit, geographical meso-region, micro-region and municipality.
